Rogue-Talents-Assassinations

Untill now i found:

1.Cold Blood - infinite couldown.

2.Mutilate - i dont know what exactly but something is wrong with that skill , on blizzard at level 60 with blue daggers i would have done some nice crits, but here at level 70 with epic dagger and one blue dagger i deal 500dmg on crit . . .i think it doesnt add the 50% more dmg if target is poisoned.
