When you start a duel, his name doesn't appear in red

 from your "evidence" i see 2 things:
1.no proof that that guy killed you , you should have posted the combat log
2.i can't see that that guy used a potion so ..cuz from your screen , you didnt target him .. or it didnt appear ..

As a conclusion: do whatever you want, but you have to understand that I was trying to help the server to get rid of this kind of people(see how many bodies were there) who kill their allies for no reason and make a laugh of it...Oh, and...Post Scriptum: He was killing us together with his friend, Deyan

geez .. dont you know how to put the combat log ?
reset chat settings .. or make a new chat window and check all of the combats

*cough* the combat log is next to the chatbox named "General" it's a tab named "Combat Log"
