Why Banned

So...i am Alliance and i met with someone at the Horde...we talked a little and both went to SW..there i hit 2 Aliiance members and one of them started insulting me and then he logout...after 1 min <GM>Asadeci appears and instantly banns my char...i enter world with other char and ask What did I do? Is it illegal to hit my friends? Kick me or warn me but not ban me...and he warned me that i will get ban on this char too i asked 4 what motive and he closed my account Can i please have my account ( Madskillz ) unblocked and my mage at least ( Madskillz ) unbanned i can forget about the rogue ( Floopy ) PLease help i wasted a lot of time growing these chars they were both lvl 70 ( The H player that was with me...if you want his name I'll give it in on PM..i think he got banned too. Please help
